Daiei (大栄, Daiei) is a fictional character in the manga series of Shaman King. He is a senior priest of Chinese origin and is the oldest member of the Gandhara group.
Appearance
An old stubby man, Daiei is completly bald. He dresses in orange monk robes of the Gandhara order.
Personality
He fancies tofu ryoori and his favorite pastime is to recite Buddhist sutras. Due to his wisdom, it appears that he is Sati's adviser. As with other members of Gandhara, he treats her with great reverence.
